Our Time All Ability Youth Forum was set up by young people (16- 25) with learning difficulties and disabilities to champion the rights of young people and changes in Special Education Needs provision. It’s a place where young people can meet and have the opportunity to have their say and be part of fun activities.

Forum members have already taken part in various projects, including film making, peer research project for the local authority and producing short films on mental health, bullying and Education, Health and Care Plans. Over the next year the forum are going to develop a mentoring programme, participate in another peer research project supported by UNICEF and are looking to do more work with schools around the borough. Our Time is always on the lookout for new members to join and would love to hear from anyone between the ages of 16 – 25 who are interested.
